Care Beyond Captial
Where Collective Care Meets Radical Change
Care Beyond Capital is a collective of radical mental health practitioners committed to moving beyond individualistic wellness models. We recognize that mental health struggles are deeply intertwined with systemic oppression and the harms of capitalism.
Our work is rooted in creating collective healing spaces that not only support personal well-being, but also actively challenge injustice and foster liberation. Through community care, solidarity, and resistance, we strive to cultivate practices that heal both individuals and the systems that harm us.
Anti-Capitalism Burnout Support Group
This support group offers a radical space for anti-capitalist self-care, rooted in collective healing, mutual aid, and exploring various forms of resistance to systemic oppression. Grounded in the understanding that burnout, anxiety, and disconnection are often symptoms of living under exploitative systems, we center care practices that reject the commodification of our bodies and the notion of productivity as a measure of worth.
Through open dialogue, peer support, and restorative practices, participants are invited to co-create a space to reconnect with community, reclaim their bodies, express rage and grief, and rebuild resilience outside the logic of capitalism. Together, we honor our capacity to care for one another in ways that affirm our dignity, foster community, and sustain our work for liberation.
